The Qatari Committee for the Reconstruction of Gaza has announced the start of signing and implementing new projects in the Gaza Strip.
In a statement issued today, the committee said that the contracts for the construction of 7 residential buildings of the third phase of the HH Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani Residential City will be signed along with the launch of the infrastructure project for HH Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani's Al Amal City as well as the Committee's headquarters .
According to the committee, Chairman of the Qatari Committee for the Reconstruction of Gaza HE Ambassador Mohammed Al-Emadi, who arrived in the Gaza Strip yesterday, will sign new project contracts at a total cost of about US $ 12 million.
Earlier this year, HE Ambassador Al-Emadi visited the Gaza Strip where he attended the ceremony of handing over the apartments of the second phase of the HH Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani City and the opening of the Department of Hearing at HH the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani Rehabilitation and Prosthetics Hospital.
