Hassan Hammad, labor adviser in the Bureau of Worker Representation at the Egyptian Embassy in Amman, met on Sunday with a number of Egyptian workers in central vegetables market in Jordan in which he reviewed problems facing them.
He also advised them to abide with Jordanian labor laws and to join the health insurance.
He also asserted that Manpower and Immigration Ministry and Egyptian embassy in Amman are exerting efforts to improve labor conditions and to solve workers' problems.
He added that the Jordanian government has always hailed Egyptian workers' role in supporting the Jordanian economy
