Minister of Labour Atef Odeibat on Wednesday discussed with Kuwaiti Ambassador to Jordan Hamad Al-Duaij ways to enhance ties between the two countries in labour domains. Odeibat underlined the importance of discussing all issues that would facilitate the recruitment of Jordanians in various business sectors in Kuwait. He also stressed the importance of providing the best services and facilitations for Kuwaiti investments in Jordan. The minister noted the government’s keenness to boost trade exchange and investments with the Gulf Arab state and attract more Kuwaiti investments into the Kingdom. The minister valued the continuous Kuwaiti support and financial aid to support the state treasury. The Kuwaiti envoy said that the Kuwaiti government was keen to bolster mutual cooperation with Jordan in various domains, expressing his country’s keenness to recruit more Jordanians in various fields. Kuwait, he added, is committed to providing assistance to Jordan.
