The Jordan Chamber of Industry (JCI) and Irbid Chamber of Industry (ICI) met Sunday to discuss steps and procedures to act on governmental decisions that affect the interests of the industrial sector and obstruct its growth.
The meeting focused on various issues related to the industrial sector, especially the removal of obstacles faced by industries in the northern region.
The industrial activities in Irbid, 80km north of the capital Amman, achieved impressive growth, with exports reaching $79 million in August, thanks to Al-Hassan Industrial Estate and CyberCity, whose products are exported to Arab and global markets.
