Israeli occupation authorities decided today to partially open the Karam Abu Salem crossing for the entry of food aids and the export of local products. Head of the Coordination Committee for entry of goods in the Gaza Strip Raed Fattouh said that four truckloads of strawberries and green spices are scheduled to be exported to Europe. Fattouh added that 200 truckloads with aids and goods for commercial, agricultural and transportation sectors in addition to limited quantities of transportation fuel and cooking gas will be allowed through the terminal. The occupation authorities have opened the crossing yesterday and allowed the export of six trucks loaded with strawberries and flowers to Europe and the entry of 192 trucks loaded with aids and goods for both commercial and agricultural sectors, in addition to limited quantities of transportation fuel and cooking gas.
