Iraqi Parliament holds regular session to discuss 2015 budget

Iraqi parliament, under Speaker Salim al-Jabouri, held its first regular session on Wednesday to discuss the budget of 2015.
The budget was endorsed and approved by the Iraqi government and read by the parliament for the first time in an extraordinary session in December.
The quorum was met as 264 lawmakers, out of 325, have attended the session.
