Chairman of HRH the Prime Minister\'s court Shaikh Hussam bin Isa Al Khalifa emphasized that the Kingdom of Bahrain regularly hosts specialized regional and international conferences and exhibitions in compliance with the government\'s disposition led by His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister aimed at diversification of the sources of income and to benefit from the opportunities provided by these functions in order to exchange expertise in various spheres. Shaikh Hussam bin Isa Al Khalifa met today with a delegation from the Bahrain Society of Engineers led by engineer Abdulmajeed Al-Qassab. The delegation made a presentation on the 15th GCC Engineering Forum agenda hosted in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the kind auspices of His Royal Highness the Prime Minister which was organized by the Bahrain Society of Engineers and the GCC Engineers Federation during the period from 27 to 30 November 2011, citing the success of the 15th GCC engineers forum, pointing out the significance of this forum emanates from its focusing on one of the most imperative issues of concern to the government and citizens which is the \"economic accommodation\" and expressed hope to benefit from discussions and the recommendations issued from the forum and wishes the organizers more success and good luck in future forums. On the other hand, the delegation thanked Shaikh Hussam bin Isa Al Khalifa for his support which has made it easier for the forum\'s organizers to surmount many obstacles.The meeting was attended by HRH the Premier\'s court assistant undersecretary for human and financial resources Hussain Sultan al-Ghanim, GCC Engineering Federation assistant secretary general engineer Massoud Al-Harmi and the Barhain Engineers Society director of conferences and exhibitions Jamil Khalaf Al-Alawi. Towards the end of the meeting, the society\'s chairman presented a gift to the chairman of HRH the Premier\'s court. (IY)
