In line with its strategy to expand its reach and customer service experience, Etisalat has officially inaugurated in the presence of Etisalat’s top officials and staff members three new franchise outlets. The new outlets bring the total number of Etisalat’s points of sales in the UAE to 107. The outlets are located in Rolla Street, Sharjah, Matajer Al Qouz, Sharjah, and Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai. All outlets provide a wide spectrum of services related to fixed line, mobile phones, Internet services and bill payment service. Mohamed Al Zarouni, Senior Vice President- Sales, Etisalat, said: “Etisalat has signed a franchisee agreement with two of its existing partners to establish and manage fully-branded outlets for the sole and exclusive sales and provisioning of Etisalat’s products and services in Dubai and Northern Emirates Region. We are in the process of appointing the third partner to cover Abu Dhabi Region.” The new opening is part of Etisalat’s Sales plan to expand the provision of its services through Business Centers and Outlets in malls and public areas in the country. Providing these services in well-frequented locations also ensures that customers save time and effort in visiting Etisalat’s main offices. Etisalat offered new ‘Summer promotion’ last month for both pre-paid and post-paid customers on roaming voice calls and data usage. The weekly packs are charged at a fixed amount offering tremendous value with calls charged as low as Dhs3 per minute. The new roaming voice and data promotions are packed with value for every dirham spent on making calls, checking emails or accessing the internet. From gulftoday
