Director of the Cash Aid Program at the Ministry of Social Solidarity Nevin Kabag said the ministry is waiting the approval of the cabinet on the first phase of an aid program for the elders, handicapped people as well as students.
Interviewed by MENA on Wednesday, Kabag said the ministry has finished all necessary measures for the program and will start next week the training of employees at the social solidarity offices on a data entry for the needy citizens in Sohag and Assiut.
She said the program is mechanized to guarantee transparency and combat manipulation in choosing the people who deserve the aids.
