The total trade volume between Egypt and Jordan has recorded USD900 million in 2014 against USD850 million last year, said head of Egypt's trade office in Amman Mohamed Abdallah.
Abdallah said that Egypt and Jordan share strong economic ties which, he said, constitute an incentive for Egyptian companies to enter the Jordanian market.
Abdallah added that a high profile trade delegation of Alexandria Camber of Commerce will visit Jordan on Thursday to discuss boosting trade exchange.
The 18th session of the Egyptian-Jordanian business council will meet on December 17 in Jordan, he said.
