Industry and Commerce Minister Dr. Hassan Abdulla Fakhro received Arabian Exhibition Management Chief Executive Officer Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa, who gave an update on preparations to hold Jewellery Arabia 2014. Bahrain Exhibition and Convention Authority (BECA) CEO Hassan Jaafar attended the meeting.
The two sides they reviewed ongoing arrangements which are coordinated between by AEM with BECA to organize Jewellery Arabia 2014. They underscored the importance of the upcoming show, which tops the exhibitions agenda, hailing the support it gets from His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa.
They also discussed a number of related topics about the exhibition industry, focusing on ways of enhancing and developing this vital sector, which is considered nowadays one of the key value-added pillars of the national economy.
AEM Chief Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa commended the Government and the Ministry for their efforts to promote Bahrain’s economic standing.
