The National Assembly agreed Tuesday that the regular session on December 16th will be set as the date for grilling by MP Dr. Abdullah Al-Traiji against Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Abdulmohsen Al-Madaj.
The motion was postponed on a request by the minister in accordance to article 135 of the National Assembly's bylaws.
The grilling motion focuses on allegations of corruption at Al-Madaj's ministry. It will also touch on the collapse of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) as well as violations at the Capital Markets Authority.
