The much-awaited Bahrain International Triathlon Challenge Championship will be held on Saturday. The Customs Affairs Directorate has finalised all preparations to provide services for the participants in the exhibition which will be held at the Bahrain International Circuit on the sidelines of the championship, Clearance and Inspection director-general Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al-Khalifa said. Clearance and Inspection Directorate employees will work round the clock in four shifts to process exhibition-related operations from Wednesday night until December 7.
"The customs personnel are assigned to received materials referred from customs exists, finalize customs procedures for the teams’ materials, reship all materials and charge customs duties for unshipped materials", Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al-Khalifa said. In a statement today, he said that the Customs Affairs is dedicated to providing all services to contribute to the success of the exhibitions and events in Bahrain to promote national economy.
