Head of the Egyptian investors union Mohamed Farid Khamis decided to donate EGP 3 million for a fund of the families of the martyrs who fell in the latest terrorist attack in Sinai.
Khamis, an Egyptian billionaire, said he would provide all the support needed for those who left their houses in the borderline in Sinai.
On Friday, 31 soldiers were killed, and scores injured in a terrorist attack in North Sinai.
Following the deadly attack the government decided to create a buffer zone at the borderline with Gaza in a bid to stop smuggling weapons and people into the country through tunnels.
