Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Zayed bin Rashid Al-Zayani, has met with Egyptian Minister of Tourism, Yahya Rashid, on the sidelines of the first joint Bahraini-Egyptian Expo being held on May 16-18 under the patronage of HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
The two sides discussed ways to boost tourism cooperation, in the presence of Egyptian Ambassador to Bahrain, Suha Ibrahim Rifaat.
Al-Zayani reviewed the ministry's efforts to promote tourism sector, noting the leadership's directives on enhancing cooperation with Arab and friendly countries to achieve Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.
The Egyptian minister pointed out the strong economic relations and keenness of both leaderships to further reinforce them.
