On the sidelines of his participation in Egypt Economic Development Conference held in Sharm Al-Shaikh-Egypt, chairman of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry Khalid Al Moayyed has met with his counterpart from the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce Ahmed Al Wakeel.
While hailing the strong tie between Bahrain and Egypt, particularly in business and investment, Al Moayyed stressed the importance of utilizing the recently formed joint business council to invigorate collaboration and encourage trade and investment between both sides.
Al Moayyed also extended an invitation to Al Wakeel to join the Chamber on its Diamond Jubilee celebration commemorating 75 years since its founding, which will be held under the patronage of His Royal Highness the Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa and scheduled to be held on March31st.
The meeting was also attended by Afnan Al Zayani and Fatima Dalawer Chairperson and member of the Bahraini-Egyptian Joint Business Council respectively.
