The 60th session of the Technical and Scientific Advisory Committee of the Arab Ministerial Council of Housing and Construction kicked off at the Arab League headquarters in Cairo on Sunday.
Egypt's Housing Minister's Advisor Hussein Al-Gebali chaired the meeting.
In statements, Al-Gebali said the meeting will be held over three days to discuss Arab cooperation in the housing and construction field.
The advisory committee members would review a report about the work of the Arab committee for unifying construction codes, he added.
They would also discuss the perpetrations for 78th session Executive Office of Arab Housing Ministerial Council, to be held on Wednesday, Al-Gebali said.
The conferees would touch upon the efforts exerted to expand cooperation with regional and international organizations, he added.
