The Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO), in coordination with the Jordan Armed Forces, Arab Army (JAF), and acting under Royal directives, will dispatch a seven-truck aid convoy tomorrow containing 40 Caravan housing units to the Gaza Strip to assist residents of the besieged strip during the difficult circumstances they are enduring.
An official at the JFA said these caravans will be delivered through the Jordanian field hospital in Gaza to the Palestinian Ministry of Public Works and Housing in the Gaza Strip
Representative of the JHCO in Gaza, Marwan Henawi, pointed out that the aid convoy is provided by the Jordanian people, institutions of civil society and trade unions, adding that the housing will be distributed through the Palestinian Ministry of Public Works to families in the strip.
The convoy is the first of a series of convoys to be sent by JHCO, in collaboration with JAF, to provide more housing for those who were affected by the recent war in the Gaza Strip
