Supported by the Syrian government, the General Authority for Palestine Arab Refugees (GAPAR) and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) continued aid distribution among citizens in Yarmouk Camp in Damascus.
GAPAR Director Ali Mustafa said that 128 food packages have been distributed among the locals in Rama Street in the neighborhood, indicating that one person with a medical condition has been evacuated to receive treatment.
He pointed out that the distribution will be resumed next Thursday, adding that total number of the packages that have been distributed since 30th January reached 50,348 food packages and 6,949 health packages.
