A close ally of billionaire Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili was on course to win a crushing victory at presidential polls Sunday in the post-Soviet country, partial results from the electoral commission showed. Giorgi Margvelashvili -- from Ivanishvili\'s Georgian Dream coalition -- was on 63.8 percent of the vote with some 12 percent of polling stations counted, the electoral commission said, with challenger David Bakradze from outgoing president Mikheil Saakashvili\'s United National Movement party, back on 21.3 percent.
