Author Roman Tibensky blends suspense, action and a little bit of silliness in his fast-paced new science fiction novel, “Natural Elimination: The Cotesia Incident” (published by Lulu).
Set on a large spaceship, “Natural Elimination: The Cotesia Incident” takes readers deep into space, where the ship’s crew have found themselves battling an unusual rival known as the Xvolver.
A highly adaptable species of feline beasts, the Xvolver threaten to overrun the ship and are intent on seizing power from the ship’s crew. Can they free themselves before their ship is totally taken over by savage beasts?
An excerpt from “Natural Elimination: The Cotesia Incident”:
“They listened silently for a few seconds. Whatever it was, it was getting closer. And there was one more thing. The stench of rotting flesh was not present that much in the shafts before. But as of now, it seemed to gradually increase. Not waiting for anyone to say anything, the humans started to crawl their way through the shafts as fast as possible. No one wanted to find out what an Xvolver would have to evolve to, to become an efficient fighter in a system of tubes narrower than its original body. It was hard enough to orientate through the shafts without being chased by something that was made to do just that.”
