Siemens has shown its commitment to continuously drive its agenda of bringing new technology to the Saudi market during the first “Data Center Day” held last Monday, where Siemens took pride in showcasing its unmatched and comprehensive data center portfolio to its customers. The event was jointly organized by Building Technologies and Energy Management divisions at Siemens.
Data centers have been around since the dawn of the first computer. Over the past few years, the market has witnessed a shift toward software- and services-led growth. The data center market is among the fastest-growing segments, and this trend represents a significant development opportunity for Saudi Arabia. Siemens provides the most comprehensive solutions for data centers, by combining innovative development and manufacturing expertise, with project management experience and know-how.
Samir Borkar, head of data center solutions and services at Siemens for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, said: “Data centers are the factories of the 21st century. Customers from several organizations attended the event and engaged in fruitful discussions with the experts.
