The National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters in cooperation with Kuwait Oil Company hosted an evening of traditional music as part of the children and youth cultural summer festival at Abdulaziz Hussein Cultural Center on Thursday.
Kuwait's main cultural authority, the NCCAL, wants to attract the largest attendance of its event that is presenting several programmes aimed at personal development and enhancing social interaction skills.
The event is also hosting numerous competitions and plays for children focusing on local cultural and intellectual aspects.
The festival kicked off a day earlier under the auspices of Minister of Information and State Minister for Youth Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah.
