The Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority, TCA Abu Dhabi, has unveiled a new season of specialised art courses at the Al Qattara Arts Centre in Al Ain to coincide with the new school academic year, which will run until December 2015.
The new season includes a number of specialised training courses suitable for all age groups, in line with the strategy to nurture children with potential and to promote artistic and creative initiatives.
Children from ages 6-13 will have the opportunity to participate in drawing, painting, Arabic calligraphy, pottery, music and handicrafts courses. Children 13 years and older will have extra courses on jewellery design, photography, and traditional crafts.
Specialist teachers will work with the children to help them improve their skills and intellect by learning new hobbies and skills.
