Creativity concluded Tuesday night with a call for spreading the banners of peace and love of all mankind. The final communique, read out by poet Dr. Khalifah Al-Wqayyan, noted that participants all agree humanity could only move forward with peace, justice, interaction, dialogue, and love of all mankind. The statement hailed the efforts of leaders and youth and youth activists seeking such path, and noted that with the great challenges facing our world at present, and particularly our own region, it is imperative the voice of conscience be raised, heard, and heeded. The founder of the Babtain foundation for his part expressed appreciation to UAE Vice President and Dubai Ruler Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum for his sponsorship. His attending the opening ceremony, he said, sent a strong message of support and appreciation to all those taking part, coming from all parts of the world. The event kicked off Sunday and the sessions were held morning and evening. Participants included politicians and Arab and other intellectuals and men of letters and culture, and the activities included poetry evenings from poets from all five continents
