The Emirates Heritage Club, EHC, will participate tomorrow in a Zayed Giving Caravan organised by the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development, which will be held next to the Hazza bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain.
The club, which will participate in the Heritage Pavilion, will display certain exhibits on the UAE’s heritage, including showcasing relevant books to the participants and guests of the two-day caravan event.
The EHC's display will also include numerous traditional women’s outfits, jewellery, perfumes and cosmetics, as well as a corner for aromatherapy, medicinal herbs and traditional medicines that were used by local people before the advent of modern medicine. The pavilion’s book segment will highlight the club’s role in promoting the UAE’s heritage and various historical studies and research.
The combined efforts of various clubs and centres in Al Ain to support the pavilion and promote the caravan to visitors, who are well aware of the EHC’s exceptional lighting during celebrations and public events, aim to showcase the UAE’s heritage.
