A photography exhibition of Egyptian photographer and orthopedic surgeon Mohamed el Deeb ended Sunday in Beijing.
The two-day event was held under the auspices of the Egyptian embassy in China.
The exhibition included scores of photos of pharaonic, Islamic and modern Egypt.
In statements to MENA, Egyptian cultural adviser said that the event marks the start of the cultural activities between Egypt and China in 2016.
Many such activities will be held throughout the year, Deputy of Egyptian Ambassador in Beijing Mo'taz Anwar Mostafa said.
On the other hand, media adviser of the Egyptian embassy in China Hoda Gadallah said that 2016 is an important year, voicing hope that it would be a successful year for the Egyptian-Chinese relations.
