The 4th Marketplace of Creative Arts will take place at the Bandung Convention Centre on 14-15 April 2012. Co-organised by the WIEF Foundation and the Bandung Creative City Forum (BCCF), the entity responsible for the Bandung Creative City Project, the 4th Marketplace in Bandung is bound to be an exciting showcase of ASEAN Arts in 2012. The Marketplace Series, home to a variety of art genres such as music, dance, comedy, filmmaking, performing and visual arts has so far convened three successful events in Kuala Lumpur (May 2010), Singapore (February 2011) and Astana (June 2011), bringing together artists from more than 15 countries worldwide. The Marketplace in Bandung is expected to bring in around 40 ASEAN creative artists and more than 5,000 visitors from the region, making it one of the most exciting ASEAN art showcase in 2012. Among the confirmed artists, Amir Jahari (singer/songwriter), Nisa Addina (violinist), Phan Xine (filmmaker) and Suhuili Micheline (contemporary dancer.)
