An exhibition entitled “Through the Eyes of Women: A Photographic Journey” that includes works by 17 women photographers opens on Sunday at the American University in Cairo and will continue until 15 April.
The photographers featured are: Marwa Adel, Reem Al-Faisal, Randa Ali, Sara Bayoumi, Marie Cosindas, Paola Crociani, Mary Cross, Merna Elhennawy, H. Meral Friedlander, Dorothea Lange, Dorothy Norman, Ann Parker, Lucie Pavlovich, Monda Rafla, Haya Salhin, Nagla Samir and Zeina Zahra.
The collection is a walk through the different perspectives on the world that each of the photographers embodies.
The opening will take place on 8 March at 1pm.
