Six people, including four from the same family, were killed while two others went missing after floods swept Taroudant and Ouarzazate provinces in Morocco.
According to the Interior Ministry, heavy rains and floods that have been hitting the country since Wednesday isolated and destroyed the two provinces.
In Taroudant, strong floods swept a way a home, killing four people from one family, the ministry said in a statement.
Two people were killed in Ouarzazate, the ministry added, saying two people are still missing.
