An earthquake measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale jolted 19km S of Ndoi Island, Fiji at 04:08:44 GMT on Friday, the US Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 572.13 km, was initially determined to be at 20.8265 degrees south latitude and 178.6712 degrees west longitude.
