The security services clashed with angry students at Cairo University and other universities on Wednesday. The clashes left at least one student killed and 28 others wounded, the Ministry of Health said in a statement this evening, noting that the victims were rushed to nearby hospitals. The security forces used tear gas and shotguns to prevent the students, belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood, from getting out the campuses to nearby streets, according to the statement.
