Venezuelan Robeilys Peinado cleared 4.55 meters to win the women's pole vault title at an international athletics meet in Montreuil, France, on Wednesday.
"I am happy with this 4.55, my second best height. I will continue improving," wrote the pole vaulter on her Twitter account.
The 18-year-old Peinado has already qualified for the 2016 Olympic Games.
In May 2015, Peinado won her ticket to Rio after jumping 4.60 meters, four centimetres short of the world youth record held by New Zealand's Eliza McCartney.
