Inter Milan playmaker Wesley Sneijder has been ruled out of the club's Champions League match with Trabzonspor on Tuesday with a thigh strain. The Dutchman pulled up in the warm-up ahead of Saturday's 2-1 win over Cagliari and had to be replaced by Brazilian youngster Coutinho, who scored the winner. Inter did not stipulate how long he will need to recover but Italian press speculate he may be out for three weeks. The nerazzurri are top of their Champions League group and need only a point in Trabzon to ensure qualification for the knock-out stages while a win will ensure they take top spot. There is better news for Inter as both Brazilian centreback Lucio and Japan fullback Yuto Nagatomo have been included in the squad to travel to Turkey despite missing the Cagliari game. Trabzonspor stunned Inter in their opening Champions League game, winning 1-0 at the San Siro.
