Tiger Woods has eased concerns that his latest injury scare could harm his chances at next month\'s Masters. Having limped off the course halfway through the final round of the WGC-Cadillac Championship in Miami on Sunday, the 14-times major champion is now hopeful of playing next week\'s Arnold Palmer Invitational. \"Got good news from doc tonight. Only mild strain of left Achilles,\'\' Woods posted on Twitter on Monday. \"Can resume hitting balls late in week and hopeful for next week.\'\' There was plenty of concern when Woods withdrew after hitting his tee shot on the 12th hole on Sunday, complaining of a tightness in his left Achilles tendon, as it was the same one he injured at last year\'s Masters and subsequently missed the US Open and British Open. Woods had scheduled the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill as his final tuneup for the Masters at Augusta National starting on April 5 where he resumes his quest to pass Jack Nicklaus\' record of 18 major titles.
