The Blues maybe without the England international for FA Cup semi-final clash against Tottenham on Sunday as well as Champions League match with Barcelona.Ashley Cole could miss crucial games in Chelsea's Premier League and Champions League run-in due to an ankle injury, according to the Daily Mail.The England international is reportedly out of Roberto Di Matteo’s squad to face Fulham on Monday night and is potentially a doubt for the Blues' FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham on Sunday.Cole’s injury could have further implications for the Stamford Bridge club as it may prevent him from playing in the Champions League semi-final against Barcelona next Wednesday. The 31-year-old was left out of the team that beat Wigan 2-1 at the weekend as a precaution.However Cole allegedly missed training on Sunday after receiving treatment on a sprained ankle. Reports suggest he was seen limping away from Chelsea’s Cobham training facility.Youngster Ryan Bertrand is set to deputise for Cole at Craven Cottage and if the England international’s situation does not improve he could play at Wembley and against Barcelona.The former Arsenal man will undergo further treatment this week and his injury will be reviewed before the Blues' game with Spurs on Sunday.Chelsea skipper John Terry should return to the starting XI against the Cottagers after recovering from a rib injury which preventing him playing against the Latics at the weekend while Frank Lampard is should also return.However, according to reports, midfielder Michael Essien will not play at Craven Cottage.
