Former French international Mikael Silvestre admitted he was delighted to train with Werder Bremen again for the first time this season after a knee injury. The 34-year-old former Arsenal defender had been suffering with damaged cartilage in his right knee since July and with no date of when he will play again, the Frenchman said he was just happy to be back in training. \"It was a nice feeling. It\'s all okay. The acid test was to train again and I am happy with the decision,\" said Silvestre, who has played for Manchester United and Inter Milan in his career and last played for France in 2006. \"It will take time,\" he said when asked when he expects to play again with Bremen currently fifth in the Bundesliga and is out of contract at the end of the season.
