Serbian Janko Tipsarevic won his second ATP title this month with a straight-set victory Sunday over his countryman Viktor Troicki at the Kremlin Cup in Moscow. Tipsarevic, seeded No. 1, raced past the second-seeded Troicki 6-4, 6-2. It was the second consecutive Kremlin Cup final appearance for Troicki, who won his first ATP title in Moscow last year. Tipsarevic won at Kuala Lumpur on Oct. 2 for his first ATP championship but had dropped his two matches since then before reaching Moscow. This week he lost just one set -- in a tiebreaker in his first match of the tournament -- over four matches to get his second title. Tipsarevic was good on just 45 percent of his first serves but managed to win nearly three-quarters of the points on serve. He dropped serve once in the only break-point chance for Troicki. Tipsarevic won the last two games of the first set and five of the last six in the second to collect $132,160 for the championship. Troicki, 1-4 in tournament title matches, picked up $69,525 for finishing second.
