Young players at City Football Schools in Abu Dhabi got their hands on a famous trophy in the form of the FFA Cup won by Melbourne City FC in Australia.
They were shown it at the end of the coaching sessions at Zayed Sports City, where hundreds of boys and girls train each week.
City Football Group Chairman, Khaldoon Al Mubarak, said, "Youth development is at the heart of City Football Group, which is why we involve young players as much as possible in everything we do.
"Bringing Melbourne City FC’s first-ever men’s trophy to City Football Schools Abu Dhabi has been a really rewarding exercise for everyone involved and we hope it will help inspire the boys and girls to ever greater heights both on and off the field."
The FFA Cup is the first trophy to be won by Melbourne City FC since they were founded in 2009.
They were acquired by City Football Group in 2014 to become part of the group which also includes Manchester City FC and New York City FC.
