Kuwaiti aqua-bike racer Youssef Al-Abdulrazzaq has been registered in the Guinness World Records for winning the world title for three years consecutively.
The Union International Motonautique (UIM) has sent a cable of congratulations to the record-breaking champion, the UIM said in a statement on Wednesday, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)
The Kuwaiti champion claimed the CC 800 professionals' title in the world championship in Arizona, the USA, in 2006.
