Indian cricket coach Anil Kumble has decided not to continue his job with the team, according to reports in Indian media on Tuesday.
Kumble's future was in serious doubt even before the start of the Champions Trophy in England when reports of a rift between him and captain Virat Kohli emerged.
Kohli soon rubbished those reports as the Indian team went on to the reach the final of the tournament, where they lost to arch-rivals Pakistan by 180 runs at the Oval in London.
But on Tuesday, the Indian team had left for the West Indies for the upcoming limited overs series without Kumble as the former Indian captain stayed back in London to attend an ICC meeting.
