Welsh golfer Rhys Davies hopes to complete the perfect weekend by winning the Portugal Masters on Sunday after watching Wales reach the Rugby World Cup final on Saturday. Davies finished the second round of the European Tour event just a shot behind England\'s Simon Khan, guaranteeing a late tee-off time in Saturday\'s third round and plenty of time to find a television to watch Wales tackle France in Auckland in the World Cup semi-finals. \"I think we have a great chance,\" said 26-year-old Davies. \"We have a really tough team to play against, there\'s no doubt about it. I think the French are quite unpredictable. \"(French golfer) Thomas Levet was trying to tell me how dominant they were earlier, but I\'m having none of it. I back my boys and I think they are great stuff. They have a really great team chemistry going it seems, and they are playing some really good rugby. \"We are fully confident on the weekend that we can turn them over tomorrow.\" Davies moved into a share of second place with overnight leader James Kingston of South Africa and Chile\'s Felipe Aguilar thanks to a 67, boosted by seven birdies. That gave him a 12 under total at the halfway stage. Khan, the 2010 BMW PGA Championship winner, carded an early 66 to reach 13 under for sole possession of top spot. \"I can\'t remember the last time I was leading,\" said the 39-year-old Khan. \"It was probably the Scottish Open with Graeme McDowell in 2008, something like that.\"
