A three-run homer by Carlos Santana was the big blow Tuesday in the Cleveland Indians\' 9-8 win over Seattle Mariners. Santana\'s third home run of the season highlighted a fifth-inning uprising that put seven runs on the scoreboard after Seattle had scored six runs in the bottom of the fourth. Jason Donald singled in the winning run in the seventh off Charlie Furbush (0-1) and notched Cleveland\'s fourth consecutive road victory. Donald and Shin-Soo Choo both drove in a pair of runs for the Indians. Rafael Perez (1-0) picked up the win in relief and Chris Perez got the save after Seattle loaded the bases in the ninth. John Jaso had a two-run homer for Seattle and Ichiro Suzuki had two RBI as well. The Mariners had won two of their last three coming into Tuesday\'s contest.
