The stars of Skydive Dubai team bagged the top places in the competitions of the first and opening round of the UAE Water Bike Championship 2015, held this year under the slogan "Thank You Guardians of The Nation", organised by Dubai International Marine Club, DIMC, at Jumeirah Beaches 3 over the weekend.
Rashid Ali Saleh Al Mulla (UAE) won first place in the Free Style category against Abdul Rahman Nadira and Samir Abdullah Al Shaheeb from Saudi Arabia who bagged the second and third places respectively.
Jabir Mohammed Saif Al Falasi (UAE) was top placed in Ski Limited Expert standing category against the Italian contestant, Marta Sorrentino, and Deri Atila from Hungary, who took second and third places.
Khalifa Khalid Belsalah (UAE) scored second place in the Pro Runabout GP sitting category after Kuwaiti contestant Mohamed Ebrahim Bu Rabie. Third place was scored by another Kuwaiti, Yousef Al Abdel Razzak.
The performance of Al Murr Mohammed bin Huraiz (UAE), who came in second in Pro Runabout GP standing, was exceptional after a tough battle with the first place holder, Caumont Ludovic, from France and Brock William Austin (third), from US.
In Ski Junior Stock category organised for the 10-15 year age group, Salman Younes Abdulwahid Mohamed Saleh, Khalifa Ismail Abbas Al Balushi and Abdulla Abdulrahman Ebrahim Al Hamadi from UAE scored the first three places respectively.
In Novice Runabout Stock category, Tariq Mohamed Nour Bukhari from Saudi came first against Abdulaziz Adel Saleh Al Najdi from Kuwait and the third place holder Sulaiman Abdullatif Al Madhi from Saudi Arabia.
In Expert Runabout Stock, Kuwaiti contestants dominated with Abdulla Fadhel Al Fadhel, Hamad Khalid AlDalali and Abdulrahman Ghazi Al Omer scoring the first three places respectively.
