Qatar shooters have scored two new gold medal in the bow and arrow competition held as part of the 12th arab games 2011 , now in session in Doha. Qatari shooter Ibrahim AL-Muhannadhi has managed to capture the Gold Medal in Men''s Single 50 M in bow and arrow competition held at Lusail Shooting Complex then came qatari shooter Ahmed Ali Salim in the second position and won the silver medal followed by Egyptian Ibrahim Sabri who won the bronze medal and came third. It is worth to mention that Qatari select team has managed to win five medals in the last day of the said competition where shooter Abdulaziz Al-Abbadi won the gold medal for the Men''s single and AL-Muhannadhi also won the gold medal for Men''s single and Ahmed Ali Salim won the same medal in the same competition . The qatari select team also scored the bronze medal for Men''s bow and arrow competitions and scored the bronze medal in the same event. By concluding the bow and arrow competition, egypt came first and scored 33 medals including 12 gold medals and 14 brozne medals. Qatar came second and scored 10 , including 4 gold , 2 silver and 4 bronze , followed by Iraq which came third and captured 12 medals including one gold , 4 silvers and 7 bronze. HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani patronized the opening ceremony of the Arab Games 2011, held at Khalifa International Stadium earlier on Friday evening.
