Mark Cavendish came across the finish line victorious in the second Dubai Tour on Saturday.
The Isle of Man cycling star, riding with Team Etixx-Quick Step, won the blue jersey as the overall leader of the race and the red as the points classification leader.
German John Degenkolb of Team Giant-Alpecin finished second, six seconds behind Cavendish, after entering Saturday's fourth and final stage in the race lead. Cavendish erased a four-second gap entering the finale to edge Degenkolb.
Cavendish's final race time across four stages was 15hr 22min 38sec.
"I'm over the moon,” Cavendish told reporters. "I had a bit of fire in my belly to get there today.
"I'm super-happy with how the lads rode all week, and to win here, it's pretty special.
"It wasn't just a pan-flat sprinters' race. We really had to work. I'm glad we could get the win.”
The intermediate sprint classification, and its UAE-flag inspired jersey, was won by Italian Alessandro Bazzana, who finished sixth overall for United Healthcare Pro Cycling.
The best young rider white jersey was won by Tinkoff-Saxo's Michael Valgren Andersen, who finished 15th.
The top five was rounded out by Juan Jose Lobato del Valle and Alejandro Valverde, both of Team Movistar, and Marco Canola, of United Healthcare.
Elia Viviani, of Team Sky, who won the second stage and finished second in the points classification, finished second in the final stage on Saturday, with Lobato del Valle in third.
