Paul Lawrie was 5-under par in the second round Saturday and has a one-stroke leading going into the final round of the European Tour\'s Qatar Masters. Strong winds severely limited play Friday and organizers cut the tournament to 54 holes. Lawrie will take his lead into the final round Sunday. He had six birdies, including two in the final three holes, and one bogey in the second round and is at 8-under 136 after 36 holes. Nicolas Colsaerts, who, like Lawrie, birdied 16 and 18, had a bogey at No. 17 that kept him behind Lawrie at 7-under for the tournament. He shot 4-under 68 in the second round. Ricardo Gonzalez (67 in the second round) and Peter Hanson (69) are tied for third at 6-under. First-round leader Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano was 3-over -- without a birdie -- in the second round and slipped to a tie for 16th at 3-under. John Daly held the clubhouse lead when play stopped Friday but was 1-over for his second round and is in a large group at 4-under.
