Kuwait Futsal team defeated Oman 6-4 in first round of the 2nd Gulf Futsal tournament which kicked off in Manama on Tuesday.
The match's first half saw Kuwait leading with five goals while the Omanis scored three.
In the second half, the Kuwaiti team expanded their lead with another goal. Oman scored their fourth in a bid to narrow the gap but the encounter ended with a 6-4 score.
Qatar team will play against Saudi Arabia, while Bahrain meet the UAE team.
The tournament is being held in group stages, the first top four teams advance to the next round and the top team plays against the fourth and the second best team plays against the third. The winnders advance to final match.
