Kuwait won Saturday two medals, one gold and one silver, within the Karate competition of the 17th Asian Games held in Incheon, South Korea.
Kuwaiti Karateka Rashed Al-Mutairi won the over-84 kg competition while his compatriot Hamad Al-Nuwai'em won the under-84 kg division.
Speaking to KUNA, both Kuwaiti Karate practitioners expressed their joy to have won the medals, dedicating their win to the Kuwaiti people.
Kuwait's tally in the ASIAD now reached 12 medals with three gold, five silvers, and four other bronze.
