Jumeirah Golf Estates, home to the DP World Tour Championship, the final tournament of the European Tour's Race to Dubai, has announced it will be exhibiting at The Dubai Property Show at London's Olympia between 27th February and March1st.
The property showcase comes as Dubai is voted as one of the top three destinations offering the best quality of life for those looking to emigrate from Britain, according to NatWest's latest International Personal Banking Quality of Life report.
Calling on the emirate's leading developments and investment propositions, the Dubai Property Show has invited the award-winning Jumeirah Golf Estates to exhibit its latest portfolio of luxury properties.
Delegates at the Dubai Property Show will be treated to a launch presentation of the newest properties available to buy at the Redwood development at Jumeirah Golf Estates - a collection of premium townhouses (Redwood Park) and villas (Redwood Avenue).
Located near to the official EXPO 2020 site, the development is set to benefit from major governmental and international investments in infrastructure over the coming years.
Ahead of the Dubai Property Show, Yousuf Kazim, Chief Executive Officer of Jumeirah Golf Estates, commented, "As the market regains solid growth momentum, The Dubai Property Show is a key platform for international buyers to leverage long-term investment propositions, driven by quality of life and world-class infrastructure in the Emirate.
"Buyers from European countries, particular UK nationals, are among the most active investors in Dubai's real estate market, so we see an opportunity to showcase Jumeirah Golf Estates' offering to a captive audience, alongside profiling Dubai's strength as the region's leading tourism and commercial hub."
